1.1 The TikTok Challenge - Voicify.ai ("Challenge") is open to individuals who have access to a TikTok account and are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older.

1.2 Employees, representatives, and agents of Voicify.ai and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Challenge.

1.3 By participating in the Challenge, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable TikTok platform guidelines and policies.

2.1 The Challenge begins on [start date] at [start time] (GMT) and ends on [end date] at [end time] (GMT) ("Challenge Period").

2.2 All entries must be submitted during the Challenge Period to be eligible for consideration.

4.1 Winners will be determined based on the combined number of views their videos receive on TikTok during the Challenge Period.

6.1 The winners will be announced within seven (7) days after the end of the Challenge Period.

6.3 In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7.1 By participating in the Challenge, you grant Voicify.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your video entry on any platform or media, for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Challenge.

7.2 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to grant the aforementioned license.

8.1 Voicify.ai reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to tamper with the Challenge process.

8.2 Voicify.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
